Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly).
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings or subscription portal (if provided).
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Credits

Credits do not roll over month-to-month. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money.
  • Credits are consumed at the time a feature is used (e.g., itinerary generation or premium storage actions).
  • Used credits are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided, except in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service outages that prevent core paid functionality for a meaningful period
  • Where required by applicable law

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
